Highlighting was very good today but haircut done 1 week ago was poor so asked for consult with higher level stylist today to correct it. She was busy and made me feel I was such a bother. They should have handled it better. Also, blow dry done by inexperienced, but friendly, assistant who said she only knew one way. Have to go home and redo it.
