“Terrible. Item not delivered and no contact”

I chose comwales because they were cheap. And I'm in Wales, it seemed a good choice and mostly the reviews were OK. Well 9 days later I have no item, no contact from the company, despite emailing them and trying to call them. I was fobbed off on the phone and promised a call back which did not happen. My order has not changed from 'pre authorised' and after speaking to paypal, it is clear they haven't even bothered to accept the payment yet. I am in the process of trying to get paypal to cancel the transaction.

My advice? Go elsewhere, it isn't worth the hassle! Terrible, just terrible. The price may look good, but there is a reason for that! I don't think they even have half the items they are selling. Avoid and buy elsewhere (anywhere)
