“No duty of care to their customers”

After booking an holiday with OTB my daughter received a email they had cancelled the hotel as the hotel had increased the price of the stay considerably , although they said other hotels were available they were still to expensive or not up to standard, she thought as it was their error it would be easy to cancell but she has lost the deposit and will still have to pay for the flights for her family and my wife and I (her parents) .
We have found out since OTB were subject to a BBC Watchdog report . It seems they still have not learned anything and still do not think anything of the people who pay their wages the British public
