“Don't use UK Interflora”

I've used interflora for order from the UK to South Africa and it's been great- but never again internally in the UK! (Oxford). The delivery is late- it's my mother in law's 80th birthday and she still hasn't received them - not acceptable for a birthday and I ordered well within time. Hopefully when they DO arrive, the flowers are of a decent quality. I still wish I'd gone with someone else though.
