Awful customer service.
You cannot cancel or even downgrade or change your tickets.
Rude customer service. They just hang up on you and shout down the phone.
No real customer contact service, just a guy who picks up his mobile phone.
Stay away!!
They add extra tax and services fee which is DOUBLE your ticket amount.
