“WORST TRAVEL WEBSITE EVER !!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER...”

If I could not give a star at all to bravo fly I would have done it because they do not deserve any star at all!!
I booked an urgent international flights with them 2 days before departure. After taking over £1000 from my account they sent me an email saying that for a "technical" reason my booking had been cancelled. when I called them to find out more no one was able to give me any explanation or even to offer me an alternative flight for my departure date. They said that that my money had been refunded but 5 days after they cancelled my booking In still haven't received my money back. And one of their agent even told me:"some people wait a month for their money and you are here complaining" and an other one said "we don't need your money" when I complained about my money not being refunded as promised. And of course every time I asked to speak to a manager, they were never available and whenever I insisted they just hanged up the phone on me. This is the worst customer service I received in the 21st century. If you have an urgent flight requirement don't even think about using them because you will cause yourself unnecessary stress. try budgetair or opodo instead, they care more about people when things go wrong! one thing is sure my friends, family and I and anyone I know will never use bravo fly ever again. we read similar reviews from other people, I only wish I considered those reviews before booking my flight with them.but now it's too late,another bad experience we all have to learn from.I still haven't received my money from them to date...
