“Excellent service”

I have a 4 year old Lab and he has been insurance with Pet plan since I got him at 12 weeks. It was more money than other companies but I am so pleased I did it. I have had to use this insurance far more than I ever thought I would and they have been brilliant every time.
The claim form is easy to complete, the process is quick and they keep me notified when they receive my form and when it's been processed. I've never had to ring them and I've never had any problems. All claims have been paid out straight away and I couldn't ask for more from an insurance company.
