Letaba - the reception staff were not efficient, the curio shop staff were not efficient and there was no pricing on some of the items.
the paved area in front of the cottages and chalets was unkept and untidy. The ablution blocks needed to be checked and cleaned daily.the caravan park also needed to be raked daily.
Satara - the camp and ablutions were acceptable, there was a lack of presence of staff in the curio shop at the tills. On two occasions I was shortchanged of my change and I had to advise the staff member of this.
Lastly is it necessary to have a Mugg & Bean and Debonairs in the reserve. this is a game reserve not a metropolis. To be fair yes I do agree that food should be sold there but on a more simple scale.
