“Baker Street ”

As the head office I was expecting a higher standard at this store. I visited on Friday 5 September at 11 am. The ladies toilets were filthy and messy. I had waited till I got there after travelling into London as I thought you could always rely on a good standard. I then went to the cafe for coffee and was subjected to bickering between the staff openly in the customer area and a general confusion amongst the staff. Not a very pleasant experience so next time I'll support a little independent.
