I am really disappointed with your team and service.

---- At 10.59pm, the status was set updated to completed and order as delivered.

----- 11.15pm, I called the same number as it was still not delivered. Some guy from your side told that he will get back to me after confirming with the delivery guy.

---- After that nobody reverted back nor was the bouquet delivered.
----- Bouquet was delivered at 11.42pm.
---- Worst was that the bouquet which was delivered doesn’t even match 50% of the one shown on your website. I felt I wasted my money by ordering a bouquet from your site.
