“Excellent service, a very knowledgable team”

I contacted Dialaflight knowing that we wanted to go to Orlando, but flexible about route options - didn't necessarily want the cheapest option if it meant long / inconvenient changes. They quickly came back with several options and we saved about £1000 for a family of 5 on a route with 1 well timed stop.
We had a named "manager" who we could then speak to with any queries, we didn't need this, but it was really good to know and they phoned me the week before to check that we were all set and had the right documents etc.

The whole service worked really well, they certainly know their stuff and are very professional - I was impressed from start to finish.
