I reserved a vehicle with motorpoint 2 weeks befor pick up paid £300 deposit.
Arrived at motorpoint and told by reception that could I wait as the car needs cleaning as this was booked for 10am pick up I had to wait 45 min.
And this was a new car with 5 miles on clock and the main key dident work they replaced battrie and said it would work once I got home.This was not true phoned sales and they said we will get in contact with head office and get back to me they dident.
I had to use good old googel and fix it my self I am still waiting for head office to contact me 5 days have passed.
