I had to ring recently to complain about my ipad reception, after about 10 mins. of following orders I eventually got the reception,. I have just had the same problem, and on calling "service" I am told that you were "out of hours". (Sat. 18.40). What Do I do now?? I presume that when I call on Monday I will be in a queue too long to hold on for.
What next?
