“Maggiore AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST YOU HAVE BEEN...”

I rented a car from maggiore car hire in Italy Palermo this august 2014.
Every thing looked like it went smooth and simple, before returning the car I had it washed and hoovered and parked it in there allocated space for returning the car at maggiore car park, it was also left with a full fuel tank of diesel, and no damage of any sort.

On retuning to the UK, I checked my visa bill only to find that they have charged me for
1. damage to the car
2. Refuelling cost
3.administation
4.vat

SO DO I HAVE ANY GOOD THING TO SAY ABOUT MAGGIORE CAR HIRE,
YES I DO

1. I have notified everybody I know on Facebook and websites and the appropriate authorities
2. I will never use you again and advised every body not to
3. Least but not last THE F WORD TO YOU MAGGIORE CAR HIRE .......
