“Worst Service Ever!”

We had decided to use Anglian to replace our wooden sash windows and were quite happy with the quoted price. Sales tactics were robotic and it was like watching a live recording.
We were given a lead time of 6-8 weeks to installation and near that time I rang to get a final date as scaffolding had to be arranged. That's when we found out our order had not even been processed so we tried to cancel. Of course the small print in the contract ( which is NEVER pointed out) did not permit this and Anglian wanted 60% of the total price if we opted to go ahead with the cancellation.
After waiting another 8 weeks our windows were installed. I have never seen such shoddy quality workmanship - ever!
The finish on the trims were appalling, left huge holes around the windows, the mastic in some places were a congealed mess. They also ruined a very expensive wallpaper in one of the rooms.

Sent an email to their manager and he promised to call back to arrange for remedial work to be carried out. Needless to say, we have not had this phone call yet and we are still waiting.

This has been the worst experience we have ever had with any company.
