“Average but could improve”

Transfast rates are the best in the industry, but they are the fastest always. I would say XOOM is more consistent in keeping the time. Sometimes they have this unique process when sending slightly larger amounts which all the time puts under processing for several days. Even though am a trusted customer for few years now they keep verifying the source of the income several times which delays the money transfer. This has happened to me 4 - 5 times and i was about to cancel the service and they immediately did the transfer not sure what is happening. They should improve this. For best rates use Transfast. For time sensitive transaction uses xoom.com.
