“Stay well clear terrible company appalling customer...”

Cupcake world review - stay well clear, absolutely appalling customer service and company

Hopefully people will read this review before placing an order as it will hopefully save you a lot of hassle. I wish I had read reviews before ordering.

So I placed an order on the 18th of august, didn't receive any confirmation emails or no email correspondence. Checked my bank account and the money had been taken out .

waited a week (well 8 days) and sent an email to check the status of my order.

i received an email back claiming that and confirmation email had been sent and the items had been dispatched and delivered.

I replied asking for tracking information so I could follow thing up. however did not get a response and after numerous emails still not getting any response. ridiculous .

so basically the company has my money and I have no goods,!

I was even going to go to the effort of speaking to the courier/delivery company to try and get to the bottom of my order , however without any information that can't be done.

My guess is the order hadn't even been sent out hence not being able to supply and courier info.

its such an easy problem to sort out as well. I mean theres three options......refund.......replace............or just keep my money, ignore emails and carry on ...............they chose the latter option.


I hope this review stops people being in the same boat as me .
