I called on Monday to change my policy details . I was put on hold on the phone for more than 30 min, twice. And then the second time the lady said we will call you back as soon as we sort it out, but until now, I am still waiting for that call. Later on , on Monday I was calling from 1700 until 2000 but all I did, is wasted my free minutes , every time I call they put me on hold...
not a happy customer...poor customer service.
