“Disappointing”

We had used netflights previously with no issues however we are very unhappy with our recent dealings with them. We were charged more than the original price, then asked to change our plans late in the day as the flight was full, then refused our money back. Add in some very rude staff in between and you can see the picture. When we eventually got our money back we booked online with Travelbag who, thank god, were great all the way through and offered really excellent customer service.

I will be avoiding netflights in future.
