“flight to luxor!”

Just to say that due to outside circumstances we had to change our flight bookings to Luxor Egypt which involved 2 separate bookings on different dates. The person at Travel Up who handled it couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. She took it upon herself to contact the airline and rearrange everything with no hassle or irritation and we now have our flights confirmed as desired and can look forward to the trip. Well done to the excellent member of the travel up team who unfortunately has to remain nameless but she deserves a big pat on the back for her excellent service!!!
