“Top Class Customer Service”

I have been dealing with a gentleman called Tendai Mungadzi and all I have to say is that he's provided me with a brilliant customer service, the hell, dare I say it has been the most positive experience I have had in a very long time. A lot of companies have customer advisers who have no common sense but keep repeating formulas from their FAQ screens. It is highly frustrating.
Tendai, if anything, is a contradiction to the above - he actually listened to me (and as a woman, I can assure you I can go on forever about my finances), sympathized with me, related to my situation and therefore made me feel like my issue was in the best hands.
He has been keeping me posted RE: my arrangements via email/txt messages.
He is the one that deserves a pay rise and most definitely, a position, that of a supervisor or a manager, that would allow his great people skills to flourish!!! Don't waste his potential on dealing with average queries, recognize and promote him, he truly has a potential to help your company grow in strenth!
