One star is too high!

My issue is with the service and repairs side. I found the receptionist to be rude and bad tempered whose job is clearly an inconvenience to her. After not getting someone down from the body shop on my first visit (as promised) it was too much for her to phone and arrange this for me. The manager had to intervene and do it for her! On the second occasion, when my car broke down I phoned to arrange to get it fixed. I contacted them at 5.45pm (closing time is 6pm) and they picked the phone up and then put it down on me. When I tried to get through again I just got an answering machine message.
Nice as pie when you buy the car, after sales service is non-existent! You have been warned!
