“Booking on phone after visiting the web site”

There were three rooms which appeared to be the same at different rates so phoned help line answered very quickly staff very helpful explained the differences well, holiday then booked over the phone at best price with requests added confirmation email sent to me right away, liked that I was made aware that the hotel was informed of booking faster if made over the phone. Great service super staff very polite and helpful. Didn't have any problems or concerns with web site ,phone call or staff. Booked 2014 with this site all was excellent. Aware of ability to pay a portion at a time which is excellent as it prevents having a big bill all at once. Like to be reminded with emails as caught before with a different web site who didn't send out reminders.
