“Best online comparison/change site I've used”

I was impressed that I was able to change my energy supplier in a matter of minutes on-line without having to make or receive telephone calls (specially helpful because I have a hearing problem). Comparisons were very clearly set out. I was able to provide specific figures for annual gas and electricity consumption which obviously makes cost comparison more straightforward and accurate, but altogether it was a hassle-free experience.
