“We booked very last minute and Freedom still managed...”

We booked very last minute and Freedom still managed to accommodate all our needs. They were patient in giving us time to pay and were great even when one of the party last minute wanted to add extra services!

Any questions were answered promptly and all emails were responded to straight away. I really had no problem with any aspect of the experience!

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff were wonderful at getting us taxis around London.

Would definitely use these guys again!
