Clothes are nice but I would seriously warn international customers from ordering.
Here's what happened with me who ordered from Switzerland :
- First, Yours Clothing incorrectly filled out of the the shipping documentation which resulted in the customs charging me twice the whooping amount of 88 GBP for taxes.
- I refused to pay twice and so pleaded Yours Clothing to sort the mistakes but it took many emails and phone calls for their customer service to finally react by proposing to cover the taxes. By the time of their reaction, roughly one month, the parcel had already been sent back to the UK.
- Following this and my ascertainment that the Swiss posts had send back the parcel to the UK, Yours Clothing pretended never having received the parcel and refused to do the tracking the Swiss posts recommended be done with the UK posts.
In sum, the unfortunate decision to order from this company resulted in
25 inconclusive email exchanges over three monthsand a unbelievable loss of time in drafting emails, making phone calls, and going to the post office and most important.....138.34 GBP whorth of goods I had prepaid but never received.
I order a lot from the UK (professional shops like Asos and Amazon) and have never experienced any problem and seen such a lack of professionalism and lack of reactivity.
I hope this review is useful as I would like to save anyone the troubles, waste of time and waste of monex I experienced with Yours Clothing.
