I ordered and immediately paid for a mattress topper on the website on the 16th of August, received confirmation of the order and the payment. I expected it would be shipped and I'd have my mattress topper and better sleep in no time.
Fast forward to today 3rd of September - I've still not received the mattress topper. The payment has been taken from my account. I've emailed both customer service and sales emails given on the website and no response. Tried ringing the number on the website and could not get through.
I'm at the point where I'm ready to open a dispute with Paypal.
