“Can't get a straight answer”

When I first joined Payplan I thought great all the pressure had stopped.
I became able to offer a full and final settlement, that is when things went wrong.
It was as if they had switched off and didn't care anymore. They wouldn't or couldn't answer any of my questions. I wanted a rough time scale but they wouldn't give an answer. All I got was process and as long as it takes. When I phone to find out where we were at things had stopped due to holidays or illness. There was no consideration as to how I was feeling.
I felt that because they are no longer making money out of me the couldn't be bothered to finish the job off.
