Been with LV for over 6 years just because they are cheap and now they want £480 for me to renew my insurance with them. Bear in mind that my usual cost over the past few years was £310. How do you explain that?

All that aside I made a claim 6 years ago and sent photos and everything to prove that it wasn't my fault and they couldn't be bothered to fight their own corner and decided to make it 50/50 even though photos proved my innocence. i couldn’t be bothered to complain but think about that if you go with LV. Also If you change your address expect to pay £200 more.
