“Disgraceful inadequate and incompetent”

I expected to wait awhile, as it was a bank holiday, but I did not expect this company to drop my car whilst loading it, letting it slide down the M5, and consequently been written off by my insurers!!!! Rescue my car are refusing to co-operate, the tow truck was using unlicenced plates, the police don't seem to be bothered.....take my advice, please...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY11
