As a former ADSL24 Broadband customer who has been migrated to Coms I feel that the company has reneged on their initial claims that there would be absolutely no changes to our terms and conditions and they have now started traffic management to the point I am actually using my phone as a hotspot to make this review as I cant use it at 21:26 on a Tuesday.
They have removed email, introduced throttling and their customer service gives you the feeling they dont want you there. I get it so I am moving on.
I am sad about it cos I wanted them to prove they would keep to their word - they didn't!
