“Could not ask for more”

Flew in from Spain to pick up car. Told problem with key fob and after buying the car the problem turned out to be receiver unit (BMW).
I could not get hold of the same guy every time but did not matter, everyone I spoke to were sympathetic and help full.
Got problem resolved in Spain and Dace have assisted me. Could not have got better service
