I have added above that I would recommend a friend, I would only do this after explaining clearly to them your P&P regarding cancelling or changing flight details, this is the first travel company who state in there policies about a non refundable policy when cancelling a flight, also I know understand that it's the airline who changes flight times etc but to have mine changed twice is rather disppointing as this was one of the main reasons I chose travel up go book my flights because of the small amount of time I origin inlay had to wait in transit. Customer services is above average and I'm happy with the communication between us both.
