“first class service”

I visited Specsavers to have an eye test and purchase new glasses. The staff at the branch in Hemel Hempstead are polite, helpful and professional.
Booking online is simply and the call back received within 20 minutes of asking for an appointment.
I was greeted on entering the store and the same member of staff dealt with my booking and initial tests. He was happy to explain each aspect of the tests and knowledgable too.
The main eye test was carried out by a friendly and cheerful staff member who was also happy to explain what he was doing and why.
Then another staff member assisted me with choosing the glasses and called another staff memebr who then processed the order.
I would recommend Specsavers as I found the staff to be polite and cheerful, ready to help with all aspects of eye testing and purchasing glasses.
My experience of Specsavers was extremely positive and with definaltely use them again.
