“Better to deal direct with car hire supplier.”

The Bologna Hertz representative( through Auto Europe) on the 16th August was on her own at the check in desk.
As a result we had to wait over an hour to be processed.
She was very unhelpful and bordering on rude. She tried to sell us more car insurance otherwise she said we would have to claim back any costs incurred from Auto Europe. She had no maps to give to us and extremely vague directions to the pick up point where there was no one to help find our vehicle( another thirty minutes delay) Never again Auto Europe
