“Good - but at least 20mins from the airport”

I drove past Heathrow airport and felt like I was heading well into London!
The parking is tucked away at the end of a residential/industrial area.
Greeted by a moody reception woman, but I suppose I would be if I had to check-in cars at a carpark all day.
Full camera screening seems re-assuring for security.
Shuttle to Terminal 1 was ready as we were the last on, dread to think how long the others had been waiting. 8am traffic meant the transfer was 20mins.

On return we decided to relax in the terminal before calling for the return shuttle. The first shuttle said he was for the wrong park. The second shuttle was so full our young children had to sit on our lap.

I added the valet service (£15), was a through job and really great to come back to.

But the location of the car park means you're adding minimum 40mins each way, depending on traffic and whether the shuttles are on time.
