“Excellent service and good prices”

Have used Economy several times now for car hire in Spain.

Initially because they were cheap but their customer service is excellent too.

I like being able to speak to a UK based person if I have a problem with a car whilst abroad - it's often easier to explain the detail instead of relying on my very poor spanish!

They were very helpful when I managed to ruin a tyre and wheel on a pothole - made calls on my behalf and always finished a call with the offer to assist further if I needed them to.

Clear documentation too.

Would recommend them all day long.
