“Reassuringly straightforward”

I received my first pension payment today, one month after asking AS to provide me with an annuity.
The very first thing I was told, was that there were no hidden charges.
The new pension provider foots the bill, and I have not been charged a penny.
All the paperwork was clear and easy to understand.
(Unlike Aegon, who like their name might suggest, seem to use ancient Greek as a preferred language)
The member of staff I dealt with could not have been more helpful.
I recommend the service unreservedly.
