“Great service, well in advance of trip and good price”

Last year, I needed to book a trip to New York for my daugher and myself for this year. I wanted to book 11 months in advance. I've used Dial-a-flight previously for a multi-stop trip in the US and everything worked exactly as hoped for so I used them again this time. The booking/negotiating process was straightforward and the staff member was extremely helpful, arranging a hotel and return flights for us. Everything on the trip worked out as required, although there was one learning point for us (not dial-a-flight's fault) in that we'd paid extra for a view of Times Square, but when we arrived at the hotel, the room we'd been given didn't have the view we expected. It turned out that hotels consider "Times Square" to be a much bigger area than most people would and they felt out room met the requirements. However, they were happy to move us to another room where we could at least see the TKTS booth, if not with a full-on view! We'd also used Kuwait Airlines and probably wouldn't do that again, although we liked having the extra spending money that using them saved us! All in all, a great trip and I'd definitely use dial-a-flight again.
