“Bad experience”

After ringing aa from holiday in Skegness they responded at 9.40 am coudnt fix the car. said they would organise recovery truck . which would transport 7 people and trailer back home. receive phone call at approx 11.30 to say truck coudnt take us all so would arrange an hire car. After numerous phone calls to aa. The hire place stayed open for us for an extra 2 hours to get car. hence no AA to take hubby for car to late be time he arrived to cut a long story short . 9 hrs later got a car from east midlands . Not impressed had an 78yr old lady in wheelchair and 4yr old granddaughter no coats or nothing as we were lead to believe we would have had an hire car within the hour. 12 hrs later arrived home.Not impressed at all
