“bad customer service. bad rates. issue using card.”

The card would not work is some places. Even though I was told it would work anywhere that accept Mastercard. Due to it not working I had money left on the card and was offered shocking exchange rates to get my English Currency back off the card. I was advised rather than get poor rates I could just use it in England to buy things on the card till I spend the money.... I have tried this and it does not work. I am now miles from a Travelex with money on a card I can't access. I have emailed customer service twice and no response. Waste of money and caused stress and embarrassment when trying to pay in places that didn't work.
