“Delivery/packaging removal policy”

AO.com were recommended to us for their competitive prices. Read online reviews and particularly liked ones that said delivery men unpack and check item and takeaway all packaging. Unfortunately when our new integrated fridge/freezer was delivered on 26/8/14 the delivery men said this service was no longer available which was a shame as it was a lot of packaging to dispose of and up to date online reviews were saying differently. Before delivery I had suggested my daughter try AO.com for her replacement freezer. She did and her delivery men took away her old freezer for free,without her asking(29/8/14).
