I ordered about 12 items and received an email about a week later telling me one of the items is no longer available. Then, about 2 days later I received an email explaining that one if my items is out if stock and is being cancelled. Then I receive another email telling me one of my items will be delayed but no info on when it will be shipped. I called customer service and the rep literally read to me everything I ordered and offered no explanation as to why my order went through at checkout but items were not available. Their prehistoric website needs a major upgrade. They should be able to afford it considering they hire imbeciles for customer service. #fail, #badcustomerservice, #h&msucks
