“Horrible!”

Absolutely joke!! Do not use this company ! Have been quoted 1145 a year for insurance and then end up with having a call that the price is meant to be 1347 instead of 1145. I didn't have a choice so I took the one they offered me, because I needed insurance ASAP. On the following day have received my documents with a from policy cover instead of having comprehensive insurance I have received third part, fore and theft cover. I rang them to find out what has happened and they are being rude and trying to get more money out of me saying that they need to listen my calls and I need to pay another 10 pound for this service, even it is not my problem in the first place. Two days later still waiting for a call back, even they said they are going to ring me couple of hours later. So disappointed with this company. Customer service is rubbish, employees are rude and aren't helpful at all.
