“Still waiting to receive an answer regarding my claim”

We have two pieces and both have different issues -none of which are a result of airline or our mishandling. It has now been 30 days and we have not received insomuch as an email regarding our claims. These are expensive suitcases and we really thought Antler would stand by their warranty and product. Very disappointed
