The level of cover provided under the Prime Plus policy is very comprehensive and provided great peace of mind when we started a claim process for our now sadly departed patterdale terrier.

With the help of our veterinary practise a number of direct claims were made and continuations supported.

The initial submission did require a greater level of health history which wasn't quite clear who would retrieve this information as Vets commonly need to be approached from a insurance company before releasing this information.

After a few discussions with current and previous vets and providing contact details to the customer service department they offered, whilst it did seem reluctantly to make contact as if they were too busy to deal with it. Nevertheless everything was gathered and processed without any further delay.

I am yet to complete the process due to my pets death, but hope that this will be managed tactfully and the policy is ceased without issue.
