We had a new kitchen installed...Problems..cannot open freezer enough to get trays out...gas hob supplied, a Caple,is a danger to all users.Pan stands are not fixed and move when pans worked....we insisted on a change...BL could not or would not supply so in the end we agreed that we would purchase a new hob and they would fit and refund our origional hob money...after many calls still waiting for an engineer to fit the new hob..other things went wrong too numerous to mention
This mob promise the earth and do absolutely nothing.
Wish we had never heard of this company
