“Shocking customer services / none”

We booked a holiday with them, for the wife and I and our 2kids, 13yr old girl and 8yr old son, we paid over £3000
For a holiday to sharm 5* , on arrival we got to our room and only 2 beds in the room
We complained to the rep and where told to take it up with thomas cook when we got home
We then had to pay £260 to upgrade to a room with enough beds to sleep the kids
Please be aware of the them
There are a lot better tour operators out there so don't book with thomas cook !!!!
