“Ignored after a problem”

An excellent cruise except that my camera was stolen after I left it in a restaurant that was closing. I was not too worried as I thought I could collect it the next day, no such luck, just denials that a member of the crew would have taken it, - who else could have? Nobody on board would take me seriously and on return I contacted Thomson on 29 June 2014. Well past there 28 day reply promise I still have not heard from them except for another promise they would reply within 28 days. Do not expect any help if anything goes wrong!
