“Think Banking with a sting in its tail ”

We'll Iv been a customer of think banking for 5years now and Iv not had many problems until now and this is where it went wrong I had a personal loan of them 12 months ago for £1200 to which they contacted me and offered to which I used to buy a new car with. So since then Iv kept up with the payments and never not paid I actually made my last payment this month (August) so I though mmm now Iv paid all there money back I'll ask if I allowed to reapply again to which I did I went through the whole process and signed my e application form and I was told the loan was approved and they where making some final checks. So I was getting excited and planning the money from the loan. Then thus us where the sting is I got a email on Monday afternoon saying thank you for your application for a think money personal loan but unfortunately this time your loan has been declined and did not meet there criteria for a loan. So I got on the phone to think and the lady explained to me that my internal score with the bank was too low and not good enough for there personal loan but they will contact me in the future if it change to which I replied no thank you. So my argument is why was I good enough 12 months ago ??? And as I paid every penny back on time as well what is your problem think money ???? Don't you want customers I thought as a good customer who paid there loan off you would be wanting to keep customers like me ??? Or is think banking not doing any more personal loans but not telling it's customers the truth????? And just telling them they have been declined??? I'm not the only customer with the same issue Iv read a few on here with same problem. We'll my answer is it's time I moved banks for good .
